Ingredients:

  1. - arugula
  2. 1 - haddock fillet (cooked)
  3. 1/4 cups - cooked quinoa
  4. 1/2 - avocado sliced or diced
  5. 1/2 - lime (juice from)
  6. 1 tablespoons - cilantro
  7. - cherry tomatoes halved or whole
  8. 1/2 - mango sliced or diced

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a medium bowl. Toss to combine.
