Ingredients:
- - arugula
- 1 - haddock fillet (cooked)
- 1/4 cups - cooked quinoa
- 1/2 - avocado sliced or diced
- 1/2 - lime (juice from)
- 1 tablespoons - cilantro
- - cherry tomatoes halved or whole
- 1/2 - mango sliced or diced
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a medium bowl. Toss to combine.
