  1. 1/4 cups - Raw Colby or Monteray Jack Grated
  2. 1 cups - Grapeseed Oil Vegenaise
  3. 1 1/2 cups - Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  4. 1 cloves - Garlic Pressed
  5. 14 ounces - Artichokes Drained, Chopped
  6. 9 ounces - Frozen Spinach Thawed, Squeezed Dry

Directions:

Combine
Top with Colby or Monteray Jack
Bake @ 350° for 20 minutes
