Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - artichoke hearts drained, pureed
  2. 1 cups - Parmesan cheese
  3. 1 cups - good mayonnaise (Best Foods or Hellman's)
  4. - big Fritos for serving with
  5. - chopped green chilies optional, variation

Directions:

Combine well pureed artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise.

Pour into buttered baking dish and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Serve warm with big Fritos. You'll love this!

Variation: add chopped green chilies
