If serving with beef substitute Chicken Bouillon for Beef. Most beans will work Can add some green olives Red Pepper not necessary just gives it a better taste.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups - Rice short-medium length
- 2 cups - Water
- 1/2 cans - Pink Beans
- 1/2 cups - Oil
- 1 tablespoons - Salt
- 1 packages - Sazon
- 1/4 cans - Tomato sauce
- 2/3 teaspoons - Sofrito
- 1 cubes - Chicken Bouillon
- 1 slices - Spanish Sweet Red Pepper
Directions:
Pour in rice in sauce pan and rinse with a small amount of water to take out some of the talc. Then cover the rice with water till you can no longer see it but are not drowning the rice.
Add salt and oil then taste to make sure it is not too salty.
Add the rest of your ingredients! Mix them in then take out 1/4 cup of the liquid and set apart.
Let cook for ~13 minutes on medium heat until water is soaked up.
Change heat to low ~2-3 level
Check and see if it has become too grainy or dry. If so add a small amount of the left over liquid you took out.
Leave for ~30 minutes
