I often use boaters blend from the spice store instead of Mrs. Dash. Any non-salt blend can be used as a substitute.

Ingredients:
- 1/3 whole - Potato Sliced
- 1/3 whole - Green Pepper Chopped
- 1/4 whole - Brown Onion Chopped
- 4 whole - Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 pinchs - Paprika To Taste
- 1 pinchs - Whole Mustard Seed To Taste
- 6 whole - Grape Tomatoes Sliced
- 1/4 cups - Mrs. Dash or similar To Taste
- 1 pinchs - Ground Black Pepper Copious
- 1 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- 1/3 whole - Potato Sliced
- 1/3 whole - Green Pepper Chopped
- 1/4 whole - Brown Onion Chopped
- 4 whole - Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 pinchs - Paprika To Taste
- 1 pinchs - Whole Mustard Seed To Taste
- 6 whole - Grape Tomatoes Sliced
- 1/4 cups - Mrs. Dash or similar To Taste
- 1 pinchs - Ground Black Pepper Copious
- 1 tablespoons - Olive Oil
Directions:
Add all ingredients to medium/large frying pan.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Poke and stir every 5 minutes to ensure potatoes are coated with spices.
These are relationship-saving breakfast potatoes!
