Arlene's Favorite Pot Roast

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Large Beef Roast
  2. 1 teaspoons - Onion Powder
  3. 1 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
  4. - Black Pepper to taste
  5. - Cajun Seasoning to taste
  6. - All Purpose Flour
  7. 2 cans - Golden Mushroom Soup, undiluted no subs
  8. 2 packages - Dry Onion Soup Mix
  9. 2 cans - Water 2-3 cans
  10. 2 tablespoons - Worcestershire Sauce
  11. 1 tablespoons - A-1 Steak Sauce

Directions:

Sprinkle roast with onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and Cajun seasoning. Sprinkle with flour to lightly coat. Place in large Dutch oven. Bake covered in pre-heated 450-500ͦͦͦͦͥͦͦ° oven 30-40 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250ͦͦͦͦͥͦͦ°. Remove roast from oven and pour mixture over roast. Cover and return to oven to bake approximately 6 hours or longer, depending on size of roast.
