Ingredients:
- 1 - Large Beef Roast
- 1 teaspoons - Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
- - Black Pepper to taste
- - Cajun Seasoning to taste
- - All Purpose Flour
- 2 cans - Golden Mushroom Soup, undiluted no subs
- 2 packages - Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 2 cans - Water 2-3 cans
- 2 tablespoons - Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoons - A-1 Steak Sauce
Directions:
Sprinkle roast with onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and Cajun seasoning. Sprinkle with flour to lightly coat. Place in large Dutch oven. Bake covered in pre-heated 450-500ͦͦͦͦͥͦͦ° oven 30-40 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250ͦͦͦͦͥͦͦ°. Remove roast from oven and pour mixture over roast. Cover and return to oven to bake approximately 6 hours or longer, depending on size of roast.
