Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - Oatmeal
- 1 1/4 cups - Flour
- 3/4 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoons - Baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups - Applesauce
- 1/2 cups - Brown sugar
- 1/2 cups - Milk
- 1 - Egg
- 1/2 cups - Oatmeal
- 1 1/4 cups - Flour
- 3/4 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoons - Baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups - Applesauce
- 1/2 cups - Brown sugar
- 1/2 cups - Milk
- 1 - Egg
Directions:
Gently mix together ingredients. Pour into 12 muffin tins and use cupcake papers.
Topping: 1/4 cups oatmeal, 1 tablespoons sugar , 1 tablespoons butter, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix and put a little on each muffin. Bake 400 oven for 20-22 minutes
