Apple Taffy Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - apples peeled, diced
  2. 1/2 cups - sugar
  3. 8 ounces - can crushed pineapple in juice
  4. 8 ounces - Cool Whip
  5. 1 tablespoons - flour
  6. 1 - egg
  7. 2 tablespoons - apple cider vinegar
  8. 1 cups - salted peanuts chopped

Directions:

Mix flour, sugar, pineapple (undrained), egg and vinegar in small pan. Stir over LOW heat until thick. Refrigerate until cold.

Fold in Cool Whip and half of the nuts. Sprinkle remaining nuts over top.

Chill for 1 hour. Serve.
