- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons - vanilla
- 2 cups - apples peeled, chopped
- 2 cups - flour

- 2 tablespoons - brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons - flour
- 2 tablespoons - sugar
- 1 tablespoons - butter

Beat butter, sugar, and eggs until creamy. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla. In separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually stir flour mixture into butter mixture until just moistened. Mix in apples until combined.
In small food processor combine topping ingredients and pulse until crumbly (or use pastry blender to cut butter into other topping ingredients in small bowl).

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 - 60 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing.
