Ingredients:
- 3 cups - Apples chopped, unpared
- 3 cups - Flour
- 1 1/2 cups - Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cups - Sugar
- 4 whole - Eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoons - Vanilla
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoons - Ground Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
- 2/3 cups - Raisins
- 1/2 cups - Nuts chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°. Generously grease the bottom only of two 9" x 5" x 3" baking pans.
Beat all ingredients on slow, scraping the bowl frequently, for 1 minute. Then beat on medium for another minute. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake until toothpick comes out clean - about 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before slicing. Store in the refrigerator.
