Ingredients:
- 9 cups - Water
- 5 cups - Sugar
- 1 cups - Cornstarch
- 1/4 cups - Cinnamon
- 9 cups - Water

Directions:
Bring ingredients to a boil. Pour the hot mixture over sliced apples in canning jars. Pressure cook at 5 lbs. for 5-10 minutes.
