Ingredients:

  1. 9 cups - Water
  2. 5 cups - Sugar
  3. 1 cups - Cornstarch
  4. 1/4 cups - Cinnamon
  5. 9 cups - Water
  6. 5 cups - Sugar
  7. 1 cups - Cornstarch
  8. 1/4 cups - Cinnamon

Directions:

Bring ingredients to a boil. Pour the hot mixture over sliced apples in canning jars. Pressure cook at 5 lbs. for 5-10 minutes.
