Ingredients:
- - ice
- 2 tablespoons - applejack (apple liqueur)
- 1 tablespoons - maple syrup
- 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
- - a dash of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cups - hard cider chilled
- - apple wedge optional, for garnish
Directions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. In the cocktail shaker combine applejack, maple syrup, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cover and shake about 10 seconds or until cold.
Fill a tall glass with ice; strain applejack mixture into glass. Pour in cider and stir to combine.
If desired, garnish with apple wedge.
