Ingredients:
- 1 bottles - fruity white wine or moscato
- 1/2 cups - brandy
- - zest from 2 lemons
- 1/4 cups - superfine sugar
- 1/4 cups - fresh lemon juice from 2 lemons
- 1 - golden delicious or granny smith apple halved, cored, thinly sliced
- 1 - bartlett pear cored, halved, thinly sliced
- 1 cans - seltzer 12 ounces
Directions:
In a large pitcher combine wine, brandy, lemon zest and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add remaining ingredients, except seltzer and ice cubes, and mix well.
Place pitcher in the refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
Just before serving, add ice cubes and stir briskly to distribute fruit, then top off with seltzer.
