Ingredients:

  1. 1 containers - Pillsbury crescent rolls OR Duncan Hines sugar cookie mix
  2. 1 containers - Cream Cheese 8 oz, softened
  3. 2 tablespoons - Milk
  4. 1 containers - Ranch Mix
  5. 2 tablespoons - Confectioners Sugar
  6. 1/2 cups - Chopped veggies OR sliced fresh fruit
  7. 1 containers - Apricot glaze optional for sweet version
  8. 1 containers - Pillsbury crescent rolls OR Duncan Hines sugar cookie mix
  9. 1 containers - Cream Cheese 8 oz, softened
  10. 2 tablespoons - Milk
  11. 1 containers - Ranch Mix
  12. 2 tablespoons - Confectioners Sugar
  13. 1/2 cups - Chopped veggies OR sliced fresh fruit
  14. 1 containers - Apricot glaze optional for sweet version

Directions:

Crust: use 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls or Duncan Hines sugar cookie mix. Bake at 375° for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
Veggie filling: 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix, 2 tablespoons milk.
Sweet filling: soften 8 ounces of cream cheese and add 2 T. of confectioners sugar.
Veggie topping: 1/2 cup each chopped fresh broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green pepper, sweet red pepper and mushrooms.
Sweet topping: sliced fresh fruit and apricot glaze.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
