Ingredients:
- 2 pounds - good ground chuck (ample)
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups - bread crumbs
- 3/4 cups - catsup
- 1 teaspoons - accent seasoning
- 1/2 cups - warm water
- 1 packages - Lipton onion soup mix
- - a bit of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 slices - bacon optional, I don't use it
- 1 cans - 8 oz. tomato sauce optional, I don't use it
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except bacon and tomato sauce together thoroughly.
Put into greased bread pan.
Optional: Cover with two strips of bacon and pour tomato sauce over top. I don't do either of these things.
I used just a bit of water over all.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
