Ann Landers' Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - good ground chuck (ample)
  2. 2 - eggs
  3. 1 1/2 cups - bread crumbs
  4. 3/4 cups - catsup
  5. 1 teaspoons - accent seasoning
  6. 1/2 cups - warm water
  7. 1 packages - Lipton onion soup mix
  8. - a bit of Worcestershire sauce
  9. 2 slices - bacon optional, I don't use it
  10. 1 cans - 8 oz. tomato sauce optional, I don't use it

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except bacon and tomato sauce together thoroughly.

Put into greased bread pan.

Optional: Cover with two strips of bacon and pour tomato sauce over top. I don't do either of these things.

I used just a bit of water over all.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
