Angel's Hair with Prosciutto, Cream and Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 4 tablespoons - butter
  2. 1 cups - heavy cream
  3. 1/2 pounds - prosciutto cut julienne style
  4. 1 tablespoons - chopped fresh parsley leaves
  5. - grated rind of 1 lemon
  6. - salt and pepper to taste
  7. 1 cups - freshly grated Parmesan
  8. - cooked pasta

Directions:

Melt butter; add cream, prosciutto, parsley and lemon rind. Cook for 1 minute.

Add pasta, and toss over low heat quickly. Serve at once.
