Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - Ghee
- 3 pieces - Dry Red Chilli
- 1/2 teaspoons - Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoons - Green Chillies Chopped
- 1 teaspoons - Ginger Grated
- 1 teaspoons - Garlic Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - Coriander Powder
- - Water As Required
- 1 tablespoons - Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Dry Red Chili Crushed
- 1 cups - Toor and Chana Dal Boiled and crushed
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 cups - Wheat Flour Atta
- - Ghee
- - Fried Garlic Powder
- - Masala Groundnuts
- - Lemon Juice
- - Coriander
Directions:
Heat ghee in a kadai and add dry red chilies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilies, garlic, ginger and coriander powder.
Add some water and add coriander cumin seeds powder, chili powder, turmeric and crushed red chili powder and mix.
Now add dal, water, salt and cook till boiled.
Now of the wheat atta make the roti and cut out the dhokli in desired shape.
Now add the dhokli to dal and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Garnish with ghee, garlic powder, groundnuts, lemon juice and coriander.
Serve Hot.
