Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - Ghee
  2. 3 pieces - Dry Red Chilli
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Mustard Seeds
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
  5. 1 teaspoons - Green Chillies Chopped
  6. 1 teaspoons - Ginger Grated
  7. 1 teaspoons - Garlic Chopped
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - Coriander Powder
  9. - Water As Required
  10. 1 tablespoons - Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
  11. 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
  13. 1/2 teaspoons - Dry Red Chili Crushed
  14. 1 cups - Toor and Chana Dal Boiled and crushed
  15. - Salt To Taste
  16. 1 cups - Wheat Flour Atta
  17. - Ghee
  18. - Fried Garlic Powder
  19. - Masala Groundnuts
  20. - Lemon Juice
  21. - Coriander

Directions:

Heat ghee in a kadai and add dry red chilies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilies, garlic, ginger and coriander powder.
Add some water and add coriander cumin seeds powder, chili powder, turmeric and crushed red chili powder and mix.
Now add dal, water, salt and cook till boiled.

Now of the wheat atta make the roti and cut out the dhokli in desired shape.
Now add the dhokli to dal and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Garnish with ghee, garlic powder, groundnuts, lemon juice and coriander.
Serve Hot.
