Aloha Mahi-Mahi Grill

  1. 4 - mahi-mahi steaks, 3/4-inch thick
  2. 2 tablespoons - olive oil
  3. 1 tablespoons - fresh parsley
  4. 1 cloves - garlic minced
  5. 2 tablespoons - lime juice
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - hot pepper sauce
  7. 2 - tomatoes chopped


Prep: Mahi-mahi has a darker band of flesh along the lateral line. This darker flesh has a more intense taste. Before cooking, you may want to remove it.

Combine half of olive oil with parsley, garlic, juice, hot sauce and tomatoes. Marinate overnight.

Brush fish with remaining olive oil. Preheat grill.

Grill on fish screen on medium, 5 inches from heat for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily, turning once.

Serve with tomato salsa.
