Almond Pie Crust

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - almond meal or almond flour
  2. 3 tablespoons - stevia or xylitol
  3. 3 tablespoons - melted butter

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Melt the butter. Mix the melted butter with the almond meal and stevia.

Pat into a glass or unglazed stoneware pie plate with your fingertips.

Heat in the oven for about 8 minutes. Do not let the crust get brown.

Remove from oven and cool.
