If you're not up for making the blueberry sauce these are also delicious with maple syrup or any flavor of jam.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - Honey
- 1 tablespoons - Water
- 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
- 1 cups - Frozen Blueberries
- 2 teaspoons - coconut oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cups - Almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoons - cinnamon
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
Directions:
Make Blueberry sauce first by combining all ingredients for the sauce and cooking together over medium heat till reduced ( about 10 minutes).
For pancakes melt the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. In a medium sized bowl, beat eggs lightly then add the rest of the pancake ingredients to the eggs, mixing well. Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake into hot oiled skillet and cook, flipping when pancakes bubble and underside is browned. Serve topped with blueberry sauce.
