These are also good if you add 1/2 to a whole banana to the batter. Also good with a little bit of cinnamon added to the batter.

Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups - almond flour
- 1 teaspoons - baking powder
- 2 whole - eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
- 3/4 cups - almond milk
- - olive oil, butter, or coconut oil for cooking
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until batter is smooth. Heat the oil of choice in a pan over medium-high heat. When pan is high, add batter and make pancakes. Don't flip until you see the little bubbles appearing and popping on all parts of the pancake.
