Almond flour pancakes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 3/4 cups - almond flour
  2. 1 teaspoons - baking powder
  3. 2 whole - eggs, beaten
  4. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  5. 3/4 cups - almond milk
  6. - olive oil, butter, or coconut oil for cooking

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together until batter is smooth. Heat the oil of choice in a pan over medium-high heat. When pan is high, add batter and make pancakes. Don't flip until you see the little bubbles appearing and popping on all parts of the pancake.
