Ingredients:
- - 900ml Chicken Stock
- 4 cups - Water
- 1 cans - Diced Tomato Large can
- 1 whole - Onion Diced
- 2 whole - Carrots Diced
- 2 whole - Celery Stocks Diced
- 1 cups - Frozen Corn
- 3 - Fish Fillet (100 cal per fish)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic fresh or powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons - Fenugreek
- - Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoons - Oil
Directions:
Add oil to medium heat pot, add your onion, carrots and celery. Sautee for 2-3 minutes, then add your Tomato and Chicken stock. Once simmering add your other veggies and your UNCOOKED fish. Do not forget to dice your fish first. Then add your spices and let simmer until your fish is cooked.
