Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - butter melted
- 8 ounces - cream cheese softened
- 2 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 2 cups - milk
- 6 ounces - parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoons - cracked black pepper
- - parsley optional
- - additional garlic optional
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, melt butter. Add softened cream cheese and whisk until smooth...over medium low heat. Whisk in garlic powder. Whisk in milk, a little at a time. Stir in parmesan and pepper. Remove from heat when desired consistency is achieved. Toss with hot pasta. I used a 12 ounce package of fettucine.
