Perfect for marinating chicken, pineapple and vegetables for chicken kebabs (marinate for 2 hours or overnight). Then after grilling, serve the finishing sauce with the kebabs.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - C&H Organic amber agave nectar
- 6 ounces - pineapple juice
- 1/4 cups - soy sauce
- 1/4 cups - teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoons - apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves - garlic crushed
- 1 - scallion finely chopped
Directions:
Marinade:
Place all ingredients in an airtight container. Shake well to combine. Makes 2 cups. Use 1 cup for marinade and reserve 1 cup for finishing sauce.
Finishing Sauce:
In a small saucepan, whisk 1 teaspoon cornstarch and 1 cup reserved marinade. Bring to a boil, then simmer 5-7 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons amber agave nectar; mix well. Serve finishing sauce with your grilled dish.
