Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups - leftover cornbread dressing (or prepared chicken stuffing mix)
- 1 cups - chopped, cooked turkey
- 1 cups - shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 - eggs beaten
- 1 cans - 5.3 oz. evaporated milk
- 1/8 teaspoons - white pepper
- - tomato wedges optional
- - paprika optional
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Press leftover dressing into a 9-inch pie plate, forming a crust. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Combine meat and cheese. In another container combine eggs, milk and pepper. Sprinkle meat mixture into hot crust. Pour egg and milk mixture on top.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until center is set.
Cool at least 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with tomato wedges and paprika, if desired.
