Ingredients:
- 3 cups - spring mix
- 1/2 - tomato chopped
- 1/2 cups - chopped green pepper
- 1 - hard boiled egg white
- 2 ounces - boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cups - garbanzo beans
- 1 - apple chopped
- 2 tablespoons - avocado diced
- 1 tablespoons - salad dressing - raspberry and walnut (light)
Directions:
Prepare the chicken (grill or cook in a pan with non-stick spray), and boil the egg.
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy.
