Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - spring mix
  2. 1/2 - tomato chopped
  3. 1/2 cups - chopped green pepper
  4. 1 - hard boiled egg white
  5. 2 ounces - boneless, skinless chicken breast
  6. 1/4 cups - garbanzo beans
  7. 1 - apple chopped
  8. 2 tablespoons - avocado diced
  9. 1 tablespoons - salad dressing - raspberry and walnut (light)

Directions:

Prepare the chicken (grill or cook in a pan with non-stick spray), and boil the egg.

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy.
