Ingredients:
- 2 cans - fat-free refried beans
- 1/4 cups - fat-free sour cream
- 1/4 cups - fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 packages - taco seasoning
- 2 - ripe avocados
- 1 - lime juiced
- 1 pinchs - kosher salt
- 1/2 cups - salsa
- 1 cans - Original Rotel tomatoes drained
- 1 cans - Hot Rotel tomatoes drained
- 1/4 cups - black beans drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cups - whole kernel corn drained
- 1 cups - Mexican cheese finely shredded
- 1/4 cups - chopped pickled jalapeños
- 1 bags - Tortilla chips
Directions:
Spread the refried beans along the bottom of your serving dish. Dice the avocados and add some lime and kosher salt. Mix to make some guacamole and layer on top of the refried beans. Add cup of your favorite salsa on top of the guacamole.
In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning. Mix well and then place on top of the salsa. Drain the Rotel tomatoes, black beans, and corn and add on top of the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and pickled jalapeños.
Can also top with sliced black olives and diced tomatoes if desired.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
