Ingredients:

  1. 3 tablespoons - Hemp Hearts
  2. 2 tablespoons - Ground Flax Seeds
  3. 1 tablespoons - Chia Seeds
  4. 6 ounces - water
  5. 2 tablespoons - Sweetener of choice -I use Sugar Free Torani or Pyure
  6. 1/3 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  7. 1 tablespoons - Butter- Unsalted

Directions:

Add all of your ingredients to a bowl, except the butter. mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add your butter and enjoy!
Feel Free to add optional toppings! Nuts, Berries , Coconut Flakes or Cinnamon Sugar Chayote
