Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons - Hemp Hearts
- 2 tablespoons - Ground Flax Seeds
- 1 tablespoons - Chia Seeds
- 6 ounces - water
- 2 tablespoons - Sweetener of choice -I use Sugar Free Torani or Pyure
- 1/3 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoons - Butter- Unsalted
Directions:
Add all of your ingredients to a bowl, except the butter. mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add your butter and enjoy!
Feel Free to add optional toppings! Nuts, Berries , Coconut Flakes or Cinnamon Sugar Chayote
