Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Fish Fillet (100 cal fish) Make sure to check your info
  2. 45 grams - Bowtie Pasta Read package. should say 85g for 300 calories
  3. 1/4 cups - onion chopped
  4. 1/4 cups - Mushrooms or Celery You can add both or just one
  5. 1/8 cups - cut up Grape tomato sliced four ways
  6. dashes - Garlic powder
  7. dashes - salt and pepper
  8. dashes - Paprika
  9. 1 tablespoons - Classico Pesto
  10. 1 teaspoons - Shredded Parm

Directions:

Take a good size roll of tin foil and lay it out. Add your veggies and flatten with hand. Set fish defrosted on top and wrap it up. Put this in your oven at 350 for 30 min. Boil your pasta until cooked, then drain. When the fish is done, empty into your pasta pot and break up the fish, then stir everything together. Add your Tbls of Pesto and your Parm, and pour into bowl. Enjoy. Serves one.
