Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - Heavy cream
- 1 cups - Unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1/2 - Medium Avocado
- 2 tablespoons - Almond butter
- 2 tablespoons - Flaxseed meal
- 2 tablespoons - Cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 10 drops - Stevia or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoons - Vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoons - Salt
- 8 whole - Ice cubes
- 1/2 cups - Heavy cream
- 1 cups - Unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1/2 - Medium Avocado
- 2 tablespoons - Almond butter
- 2 tablespoons - Flaxseed meal
- 2 tablespoons - Cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 10 drops - Stevia or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoons - Vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoons - Salt
- 8 whole - Ice cubes
Directions:
Get your ingredients prepped - pit and peel the avocado.
Add all of your ingredients to a blender, pulse together slowly until combined, then blend for 30-45 seconds until a smooth consistency appears.
I recommend adding half the sweetener to the shake, tasting, and adjusting the sweetener to your taste. Once you have a smooth consistency, pour out into a glass and enjoy!
