  1. 1/2 cups - Heavy cream
  2. 1 cups - Unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  3. 1/2 - Medium Avocado
  4. 2 tablespoons - Almond butter
  5. 2 tablespoons - Flaxseed meal
  6. 2 tablespoons - Cacao powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  8. 10 drops - Stevia or to taste
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - Vanilla extract
  10. 1/8 teaspoons - Salt
  11. 8 whole - Ice cubes
  12. 1/2 cups - Heavy cream
  13. 1 cups - Unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  14. 1/2 - Medium Avocado
  15. 2 tablespoons - Almond butter
  16. 2 tablespoons - Flaxseed meal
  17. 2 tablespoons - Cacao powder
  18. 1/2 teaspoons - Cinnamon

Directions:

Get your ingredients prepped - pit and peel the avocado.
Add all of your ingredients to a blender, pulse together slowly until combined, then blend for 30-45 seconds until a smooth consistency appears.
I recommend adding half the sweetener to the shake, tasting, and adjusting the sweetener to your taste. Once you have a smooth consistency, pour out into a glass and enjoy!
