Mix together 1 smashed banana, 1 egg and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
Either in a heated saute pan or heated waffle maker, pour batter in, flipping after 2 mins or until browned (if using a saute pan)- enjoy with sugar free jelly or butter spray for a 0 point breakfast
