Brief Description
This is my favorite winter recipe. It is hearty, and is a perfect meal with a fresh baguette! I cut the sausage links with a kitchen shears but ground sausage would probably be just a good and faster!

Perfect as leftovers. Even better the second time around. One batch will feed you twice at least! Although it’s addicting.

Directions:
Brown sausage and red pepper flakes to taste, set aside. Cook bacon in same Dutch oven as sausage so flavors come together. Add onion halfway through cooking. Add chicken stock and water. Bring to a boil. Add cubed potatoes and boil till softened. Return sausage to the Dutch oven. Add cream and Kale at the last minute. Add white pepper.
