Ingredients:
- 1 - medium zucchini cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/2 cups - grated jalapeno Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1 teaspoons - flour
Directions:
Spread zucchini in microwave dish and cook for 3 minutes.
Toss cheese with flour, sprinkle over zucchini, and microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
