Ingredients:

  1. 2 - Zucchini Small
  2. 2 - Eggs
  3. 1/2 cups - Bread crumbs Can be gf
  4. 1/4 cups - Parmesan cheese
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - Paprika
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - Garlic
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - Italian seasoning
  10. 2 - Zucchini Small
  11. 2 - Eggs
  12. 1/2 cups - Bread crumbs Can be gf
  13. 1/4 cups - Parmesan cheese
  14. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  15. 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
  16. 1/4 teaspoons - Paprika
  17. 1/4 teaspoons - Garlic
  18. 1/4 teaspoons - Italian seasoning

Directions:

In one bowl beat eggs, another mix together seasonings and bread crumbs. Now cut the zucchini into spears. Dip spear into first egg and then bread crumbs. Place apart on jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated 425 oven for 22 to 25. Can be made in air fryer too baked there 400 for 10 to 15 minutes Until brown and crispy
