Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - Butter softened
- 1/2 cups - Oil
- 1 3/4 cups - Sugar
- 2 0 Unit - Eggs
- 1 0 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 1/2 cups - Buttermilk
- 4 0 tablespoons - Coco
- 1 0 teaspoons - Baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons - Cloves ground
- 2 0 cups - Zucchini grated
- 1/2 cups - Chocolate chips
- 1/2 cups - Chopped nuts
- 2 1/2 cups - Flour
Directions:
Cream butter, oil, sugar together. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk and mix. In separate bowl stir together flour, coco, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves. Add to first mixture and beat well. Stir in grated zucchini. Pour mixture into greased 9 x 14 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top and bake for 40-45 min at 350*
