Zoes Shrimp & Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - Olive oil
  2. 1 pounds - Shrimp Peeled & deveined
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - Crushed red pepper
  5. 1 cloves - Garlic Pressed
  6. 1 whole - Large lemon Juiced & zested
  7. 2 whole - Zucchini Slice & quartered
  8. 1 pints - Zoes Pasta Salad

Directions:

1. Heat olive oil in saute pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, salt, red pepper, garlic and lemon juice and zest and cook for about 5 minutes.
2. Add zucchini and continue to cook for 3-4 minutest until shrimp is pink and plump.
3. Add pasta salad and warm through.
