Ingredients:
- 1 - roast
- 1 packages - lipton onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons - worcestershire sauce
- 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cloves - fresh garlic chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place roast in large baking dish or roasting pan. In mixing bowl, combine onion soup mix, worcestershire sauce, soup, garlic, and salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over roast in baking dish and cover securely with aluminum foil to seal.
Bake at 250° F overnight or for 7-8 hours.
