Ingredients:

  1. 16 ounces - heavy whipping cream
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
  3. 1/3 cups - sugar

Directions:

This will start out looking like milk and then will whip up to a nice thick consistency.
I like to make it on the more "dense" side rather than light and fluffy. Holds up better.
Do not overmix or will look "greasy" and get buttery looking.
