Get 3-4 pounds of strawberry's, cut the tops off, slice them, put them in a pan. Juice of 1 lemon, cook on low for 45 minutes to build pectin. Taste. If they're not sweet, add a cup and a half of sugar. Taste. If they're still too sour, add more sugar. No more than two cups max. Keep in mind as it boils down and reduces by half it'll become sweeter. Cook on medium until 215-220 degrees f.
Jar it. Let it sit overnight before you refrigerate. MUST BE REFRIGERATED NOT LEFT IN PANTRY.
