Ingredients:
- 1 cans - Cooking Spray
- 1 cups - Carrots 1/4-inch-thick Sliced
- 3/4 cups - Onion Chopped
- 4 - Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 cups - Celery 1/4-inch-thick Sliced
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - Ground Black Pepper
- 6 cups - Chicken Broth
- 2 cups - Uncooked Egg Noodles
- 1 tablespoons - Soy Sauce
- 1 leaves - Bay Leaf
- 2 cups - Shredded Turkey
Directions:
Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add carrot, onion, and garlic; sauté 5 minutes or until onion is lightly browned. Add celery, salt, and pepper; sauté 3 minutes. Add broth and next 4 ingredients; bring to a boil Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Discard bay leaf.
