Ingredients:

  1. 6 ounces - Rice Cakes approx 1 cup
  2. 1 1/4 cups - Korean Stock
  3. 1 tablespoons - Gochujang
  4. 1 tablespoons - Soy Sauce
  5. 1 tablespoons - Sugar
  6. 3 ounces - Fish Cake
  7. 1 - Green Onion sliced
  8. 6 ounces - Rice Cakes approx 1 cup
  9. 1 1/4 cups - Korean Stock
  10. 1 tablespoons - Gochujang
  11. 1 tablespoons - Soy Sauce
  12. 1 tablespoons - Sugar
  13. 3 ounces - Fish Cake
  14. 1 - Green Onion sliced

Directions:

1.Bring 3 cups of water to boil; add rice cake and soak it for 10 to 20 minutes.

2.Meanwhile in a skillet combine stock, gochujang, soy and sugar; bring it to boil over medium high heat.

3.Drain rice cake and add into boiling sauce; reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stir occasionally.

4.Stir in fish cake and cook additional 3 to 4 minutes or sauce is thicken, stir occasionally.

5. Remove from heat and add sliced green onion.
