Top Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 heads - medium-size cabbage finely chopped
  2. 4 - green onions chopped
  3. 4 cups - chicken cooked, diced
  4. 1 cups - vegetable oil
  5. 4 tablespoons - sugar
  6. 6 tablespoons - rice vinegar
  7. 2 teaspoons - salt or less
  8. 1 teaspoons - pepper
  9. - seasoning from 2 Ramen noodle packages
  10. 2 packages - chicken-flavored Ramen noodles uncooked, crumbled
  11. 4 tablespoons - toasted sesame seeds
  12. 4 tablespoons - toasted sliced almonds

Directions:

Mix cabbage, onions, and chicken; refrigerate overnight.

Combine oil, sugar, rice vinegar, salt, pepper, and noodle seasoning; stir well and add to salad.

Toss with uncooked noodles before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds and nuts.
