Ingredients:
- 2 ounces - Rum (White or Blanco)
- 4 ounces - pineapple juice (I used fresh, but pre-packed would be sweeter)
- 1 ounces - cream of coconut
- 1 ounces - orange juice (I used fresh, but pre-packed would be sweeter)
- - Grated fresh nutmeg
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add first four ingredients and stir.
Pour into cocktail glasses and top with grated nutmeg.
