Taco tray can be prepared up-to one day ahead of serving, but you will have to wait to add the last three ingredients: cheese, tomatoes and olives. *Salsa and sour cream is an estimated amount; if spread on too thickly your tray will be runny.

Ingredients:
- 16 ounces - refried beans
- 1 packages - taco seasoning
- 1/2 cups - sour cream
- 1/2 cups - guacamole Optional
- 1/2 cups - Salsa
- 3 - Scallions thinly sliced
- 1/2 heads - shredded lettuce
- 8 ounces - shredded Fiesta or Mexican Cheese
- 1 - diced tomatoes
- 2 ounces - sliced black olive
- 1 bags - Favorite taco chips
- 16 ounces - refried beans
- 1 packages - taco seasoning
- 1/2 cups - sour cream
- 1/2 cups - guacamole Optional
- 1/2 cups - Salsa
- 3 - Scallions thinly sliced
- 1/2 heads - shredded lettuce
- 8 ounces - shredded Fiesta or Mexican Cheese
- 1 - diced tomatoes
- 2 ounces - sliced black olive
- 1 bags - Favorite taco chips
Directions:
Mix taco seasoning with refried beans, spread evenly over round tray. (I prefer taco bell beans and seasoning, as well as salsa.) Add a thin layer of sour cream, guacamole(optional - I don't use), salsa and scallions. Then add enough lettuce to cover the entire tray, then shredded cheese, tomatoes and finally olives.
