1 large can chunk chicken can substitute for ground beef. Mixture simmers nicely in a crock pot until serving time. It also freezes well.

Ingredients:
- 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
- 1 cans - cream of celery soup
- 1 cans - mixed vegetables
- 1 cans - Ro-tel tomatoes diced
- 1 cans - water 1-3 cans, depending on how thick you like your soup
- 1 pounds - Velveeta cubed
- 1 cups - cooked rice, noodles, or pasta 1-2 cups
- 1 pounds - ground beef
Directions:
Brown and drain the ground beef. Cook the rice, noodles, or pasta. Heat soup and vegetables together in a large pot. Add Velveeta, beef, and cooked rice/noodles/pasta. Heat mixture until hot and serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
