Meat from a Costco rotisserie chicken works well and yields about 3 cups. Ground or shredded beef can be substituted, as well.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups - cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cans - diced tomatoes
- 16 ounces - Pace Picante mild salsa
- 1 cans - corn
- 2 cans - black beans
- 1 cans - diced green chilies
- 1 packages - Ranch dressing mix
- 1 packages - taco seasoning mix
- 15 ounces - chicken broth optional
- 3 cups - cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cans - diced tomatoes
- 16 ounces - Pace Picante mild salsa
- 1 cans - corn
- 2 cans - black beans
- 1 cans - diced green chilies
- 1 packages - Ranch dressing mix
- 1 packages - taco seasoning mix
- 15 ounces - chicken broth optional
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook 4 hours on low. (Or bring to a boil on stovetop and then simmer for about 30 minutes.)
Serve with lots of toppings: chips, shredded cheese, sour cream, shredded lettuce, etc.
