Ingredients:
- 2 whole - Pie Shells
- 2 whole - Medium Sweet Potatoes
- 2 cups - Sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons - Nutmeg
- 2 whole - Eggs
- 7 ounces-fluid - Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3/4 cups - Margarine
Directions:
Boil potatoes until soft. Peel potatoes. Mix all ingredients. Pour into two pastry-lined pie pans. Bake at 300 for 1.5 hours.
