Sweet Corn Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - All Purpose Flour
  2. 2/3 cups - Sugar
  3. 1/2 cups - Yellow Corn Meal
  4. 1 tablespoons - Baking Powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  6. 1 1/4 cups - Milk
  7. 2 - Large eggs Slightly beaten
  8. 1/3 cups - Oil
  9. 3 tablespoons - Butter melted
  10. 1 1/2 cups - All Purpose Flour
  11. 2/3 cups - Sugar
  12. 1/2 cups - Yellow Corn Meal
  13. 1 tablespoons - Baking Powder
  14. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  15. 1 1/4 cups - Milk
  16. 2 - Large eggs Slightly beaten
  17. 1/3 cups - Oil
  18. 3 tablespoons - Butter melted

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8" square pan
2. Combine flour, sugar, corn meal, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Combine milk, eggs, oil and butter in small bowl; mix well. Add to flour mixture, stir just until blended. Pour into prepared baking pan.
3. Bake for 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
4. FOR MUFFINS: Spoon batter into 18 to 20 greased or paper lined cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, check with wooden pick. Cool in pans on wire racks for 5 minutes, remove muffins to wire racks to finish cooling
