If pigs feet are not desirable, any type of pork with bone in will do (ribs, chops, etc). I usually use ribs.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - vegetable oil
- - pigs feet (not pickled) OR pork ribs or chops any bone-in pork will work
- 1 heads - green cabbage
- 1 - yellow or white onion
- 8 - russet potatoes ( or more or less depending on size) peeled, cut into large chunks
- 1 cans - tomato sauce or tomato puree
- 1 cans - Campbell's tomato soup
- 1/4 cups - white vinegar
- 1/4 cups - sugar
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - onion powder to taste
- - garlic powder to taste
Directions:
In a large pot, oil bottom and place pigs feet (or other pork pieces) in to pot and brown slightly.
Cut up cabbage, onion and potatoes. Place in pot on top of pork pieces.
In a big bowl, mix tomato sauce, tomato soup, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Add vinegar and sugar; mix well.
Pour over meat and veggies in pot. Add enough water to cover mixture. Cover and cook on low heat until cabbage and potatoes are tender.
Be careful not to stir too often until it simmers. Spices can be adjusted to taste
