Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - low-fat balsamic vinaigrette
  2. 3 - large navel oranges peeled, sliced, cut into quarters
  3. 1/2 - red onion thinly sliced
  4. 6 cups - Romaine or leaf lettuce washed, chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons - sliced almonds

Directions:

In a bowl, place lettuce, oranges, and onion.

Toss with dressing and sprinkle with almonds just before serving.
